Previously at Simmons & Simmons, Ma trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and is an expert in financial services regulation, structured finance and fintech.
She has extensive knowledge of financial products and operational processes as well as legal and regulatory issues concerning the trading and product lifecycles, operations and management of financial institutions.
Ma is educated to PhD level.
