Fladgate is delighted to announce the appointment of immigration partner Kelly Whiter. Kelly joins from PwC LLP where she was head of the private client immigration team.
Her appointment will strengthen the existing immigration team at Fladgate and ensure that we continue to be the law firm of choice for high net worth (HNW) clients requiring a one stop offering.
Kelly specialises in delivering bespoke immigration solutions for private clients, working closely with international tax advisors and private bankers to ensure that HNW individuals are able to relocate to the UK in the most efficient way, while continuing to comply with the increasingly complex immigration requirements. Kelly is recommended for immigration by both the Citywealth Leaders List and the Legal 500.
