Hall Brown Family Law has recruited senior lawyer Priya Palanivel as partner and joint head of its office in London.
Palanivel has spent much of her career working within a boutique family law firm environment. She is a qualified mediator and sits on the Standards Committee of Resolution, the body which represents family lawyers.
Partner Izzy Walsh, who was appointed to lead the firm's operations when it opened in the capital in 2019, commented: 'Priya's arrival is an example of why the London team deserves great credit for having made such significant in-roads in a short space of time, both in the city itself and further afield.
'She is a hugely experienced individual whose reputation has been founded on her ability to deal with some very complex cases.
'In addition to being a proven litigator, as a fully qualified mediator and collaborative lawyer, Priya will add significantly to the existing strengths of our non-court dispute resolution team.'
Hall Brown has offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Sheffield.
