The specialist regulatory team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys has been strengthened by the arrival of partner Peter James, whose extensive experience of handling health and safety issues and environmental law will broaden the team’s skills.

Peter, who was acknowledged as a ’standout partner’ at his previous firm, Plexus Law, has more than 20 years’ experience of handling disputes arising from accidents in the workplace, in public areas and on the road. He advises clients on a wide range of issues and supports them through investigations and prosecutions involving regulators such as the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency and Care Quality Commission.

Covering sectors as diverse as construction and retail, agriculture and schools, he gives clients immediate support after an incident and carries that support through to the conclusion of the case.
