London law firm Hodge Jones & Allen has appointed Teena Dhanota-Jones as a partner into its family law team from Curzon Green.

Teena advises on divorce and the financial settlements arising from a relationship breakdown, whether the parties are married or unmarried. The individuals are usually of high network such as Company Directors, CEOs, CTOs and often own highly successful and valuable family businesses.

She has advised high profile clients, who have featured in the media. Clients usually have complex asset structures, with some international element. Additionally, Teena advises on jurisdictional issues within financial and children matters, and leave to remove children from England and Wales.

To actively prevent disputes upon a relationship breakdown, she also advises on pre/post nuptial agreements.

Hodge Jones & Allen’s family team, headed by partner Jacqueline Major now comprises four partners and six solicitors working across the full range of family law, including divorce, separation, financial provision, care proceedings, disputes between parents, domestic abuse and child abduction.
