Firm hire: Housing partner joins Capsticks

Darren Hooker has joined Capsticks' housing team as partner.

Hooker, who joins the firm from Trowers & Hamlins, will lead on governance and regulatory work. He specialises in advising RPs, public sector bodies and charities on corporate governance and regulatory issues. He has particular expertise in corporate restructuring, including the establishment of new entities, the consolidation of groups and the merger of organisations.

Security charging expert Sarah Darvell and banking and finance expert Naomi Roper have also joined the team.
