
Irwin Mitchell has appointed Rosanne Tweddle as partner, based in the firm’s Aske office in North Yorkshire.
Tweddle joins the firm from Womble Bond Dickinson, bringing extensive experience advising landowners, estates and rural businesses on complex agricultural and rural property issues.
Her work focuses on rural land and estates, including agricultural tenancies, contract and share farming arrangements, mortgages, sporting and mineral rights, development land, and wider strategic land and estate management.
Tweddle brings first hand insight into the agricultural sector through a farming background, combining technical legal expertise with a practical understanding of rural business structures.
She is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and serves as deputy chair of the association's council.
