Julian Pritchard, Freshfields Head of Transactional Practice said:
’We are delighted that Piusha is returning to our team, bringing eighteen years of complex cross border M&A experience, as well as direct experience of India’s corporate legal sector. Piusha will add further depth to the experience Freshfields brings to our clients as we support them on their most important matters.’
