Midlands law firm mfg Solicitors has appointed corporate solicitor Matt Smith as partner in the firm’s Birmingham office.
Working alongside partner and head of department Clare Lang, Smith will provide advice to businesses, owner-managers and investors around corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals, restructures, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters.
