Firm hire: New addition to Brachers corporate and commercial team

South east firm Brachers has announced that Alex Cosgrove joins its corporate and commercial team as a partner. 

Cosgrove advises corporates and lenders on a wide range of commercial transactions including project development and financing, corporate lending, joint venture and shareholding arrangements, construction and operation arrangements, and a wide range of commercial agreements.

Cosgrove was previously managing counsel at a boutique firm in London, and prior to that worked at Latham & Watkins and Norton Rose Fulbright (where he qualified in 2005). During this time Cosgrove has been based variously in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong developing significant international experience and expertise.
