Yorkshire law firm Schofield Sweeney has welcomed partner Tim Richards to its real estate team.
Richards advises end-to-end on major land and property sales, leaseback, purchase and development funding agreements, as well as property portfolio management and public sector premises letting agreements.
He joins Schofield Sweeney from a Cheshire-based commercial property law firm, where he supported the establishment of a new office in Yorkshire and led the transaction team there.
Schofield Sweeney's real estate team also covers biodiversity net gain, Islamic finance and the energy sector.
