Oxfordshire-based law firm Spratt Endicott Solicitors has hired newly-qualified solicitor Krishan Patel to its company commercial team.

Patel carried out his training contract in the dispute resolution, employment and company commercial departments at the firm.

Patel graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a First Class degree in Law, before working as a paralegal in a firm in Birmingham for 3 years in the dispute resolution and corporate teams. He joined Spratt Endicott as a trainee in 2017.

Lucy Gordon, who oversees the Spratt Endicott training programme, commented: 'We’re delighted to welcome him into the Company Commercial team as a fully qualified solicitor and I am sure that this is the start of a long and successful future at Spratt Endicott for Krishan. I have no doubt that he will play a large role in the growth both of this practice and the business.'

Patel said: 'To have finally qualified as a solicitor gives me a great sense of personal satisfaction. It’s obviously a goal that I’ve been working towards for several years and I’m thrilled that all of that hard work has paid off! I’m delighted to be joining the Company Commercial team at Spratt Endicott. It’s a very exciting time for the business and I look forward to seeing what the future holds.'

Spratt Endicott has offices across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. Patel will be based at the firm’s Banbury office.
