National law firm Stone King has recruited construction law specialist Paul Wilson to its commercial property team.
Wilson is regarded as an expert in both contentious and non-contentious construction law. He will act nationally for a wide range of clients including contractors, funders, universities and schools as well as individuals.
Wilson said: ’Stone King is a forward-thinking and progressive law firm and I am looking forward to helping to grow the construction department.’
Wilson has insolvency expertise as well as experience of acting and advising on behalf of developers, high net worth individuals and investors, lenders and professional service providers, amongst others. He also has niche expertise in party walls.
Stone King employs more than 250 people across its offices in Bath, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds and London, providing specialist legal advice to clients in the education, charity and social enterprise, business and private client fields.
Wilson joins Stone King’s Birmingham office from Lodders.
