National law firm TLT has hired commercial real estate lawyer Neal Bhattacharyya as a partner in its London office.
Bhattacharyya joins the firm from DWF, where he was part of the firm’s real estate, private equity and venture capital offerings.
He has experience advising C-suite executives, general counsel and leadership teams on complex real estate transactions and strategic asset management – including investment, development, landlord and tenant, distressed real estate, venture capital and private equity.
Bhattacharyya is also experienced in specialised markets such as purpose-built student accommodation, industrial and logistics.
Andy Bell, partner at TLT, commented: 'Neal’s expertise and commercial insight will be invaluable as we continue to grow our offering and help clients navigate an increasingly dynamic market. We have seen a steady increase in demand from clients for strategic support in complex real estate matters. Neal’s appointment is a direct response to that demand. We’re excited about the value he will bring to our growing practice.'
