National law firm VWV announces that Kenneth Maxwell joined the commercial property team in London on 12 June.

Kenneth joins from CMS and has over 30 years’ experience in property finance, specialising in property investment, acquisition and also development finance as well as bank debt restructurings. He works with a wide range of clients including Investec, RBS, Santander, LBG, the Saffron Building Society and Handelsbanken as well as property developers.

Leading legal directory Chambers UK describes Kenneth as having ’extensive experience advising financiers on real estate finance, particularly when it relates to the healthcare sector’.

From buying and selling commercial property to relocation projects or planning law, VWV’s team provides expertise on a wide range of real estate law issues. VWV’s team is based across the firm’s offices in London, Watford, Bristol and Birmingham.

Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys golf and also curling where he has represented England and is a member of Royal Automobile Club. He is also a member of the Oxford and Cambridge Club. Kenneth sits on the Imagine Appeal at Parkinson’s UK, which raises funds to find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson’s.
