Gardner specialises in commercial transactions relating to the production, financing and exploitation of interactive entertainment products and services. He also advises on the various regulatory issues that this involves, including laws and regulations relating to age ratings, virtual currencies, broadcasting and telecoms, collecting societies, data privacy, e-commerce and betting and gaming.
