Sara Ellison has joined Wilkin Chapman Rollits' employment team in Lincoln.
Ellison arrives from Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield, with over 20 years' experience gained across a number of Yorkshire firms.
She will support Wilkin Chapman Rollits' growing client base across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, advising on employment disputes and day-to-day workplace matters.
Alongside her advisory work, Ellison delivers practical training sessions, including mock tribunals and mock disciplinary exercises.
