Gloucestershire firm Willans LLP has appointed experienced family law practitioner Sharon Giles as a new partner.
Giles leads the firm’s divorce and family law team, joining from a specialist family law practice. She has been ranked in The Legal 500 and is a member of resolution family law.
Giles specialises in complex financial matters involving business interests, significant pension resources and/or properties and investments owned abroad. She also advises on the various preventative and protective measures that can be put into place to avoid future disputes such as nuptial and co-habitation agreements.
Willans employ around 80 people at their offices at Imperial Square, Cheltenham.
