Recruitment and development of talented people is fundamental to Taylor Vinters’ overarching business strategy, laying the groundwork for strategic growth in key service areas over the coming years.

The international law firm is delighted to welcome five new recruits, three newly qualified lawyers, and five new trainees to the firm.

The Commercial and Technology team welcome James Boyle who has joined from Michelmores with a focus on commercial technology contracts and data protection. Selina Clifford will join the team in October, also bringing her expertise in commercial technology contracts, and Robyn Le Friec has qualified into the team as associate specialising in providing commercial advice on contractual and intellectual property issues.

James Boyle who has joined the team said: ‘It’s great being part of a large, specialist team in a firm where innovation and technology plays such a key role in our clients’ businesses.’

The Corporate team welcome Lizzie Wilson from Taylor Walton who brings her experience in Corporate M&A and Alice Brunning joins after finishing her training contract at Barker Gotelee and has a particular focus on M&A transactions, group reorganisations and corporate governance.

The specialist Growth team who work with fast growth companies welcomes Tom Coode-Bate who joins from Travers Smith as an associate and will focus on early-stage investment. Dominic Wrench has qualified as an associate in the employment team with a focus on international employment law and HR-related data protection in the UK. Rachel Bevan has qualified as an associate into the Family team and specialises in finances on divorce/ separation and private law children matters.

Aspiring lawyers are given an immersive hands on experience as they kick-start their careers with Taylor Vinters, working with some of the UK’s most innovative and forward-thinking businesses and individuals. Chrissie Easom also said: ’Trainees are an integral part of our resourcing strategy and gain hands on experience from an early stage on our trainee programme which challenges our trainees, allowing them to shine and demonstrate their abilities.’ The trainees starting this year are Jenny Laguea, Ben Renshaw, Frances Gosling, Amy Virdee and Victoria Cure.
