National firm Excello Law has expanded its team in Lancashire with the arrival of Chris Crawley, Matthew Scott, Katie McAlister, and Emma Mason. The specialists in business, corporate, and real estate law join from Coupe Bradbury Solicitors.

Corporate and commercial law solicitor Scott specialises in business sales and acquisitions, encompassing both share and asset transactions. His sector experience spans childcare, care and domiciliary care, retail, and engineering.

Crawley's knowledge in commercial real estate matters includes property development, real estate finance, pension scheme transfers, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work, option and overage agreements, as well as residential conveyancing.

Mason and McAlister offer counsel across corporate and real estate matters.

Crawley commented: 'We explored various options, but Excello stood out from the first discussion as the "complete" package and the best fit for myself and the rest of the team. I already know some people at Excello, which allowed me to gain a clear understanding of how consultancy works and what to expect.'
