London law firm Lawrence Stephens has welcomed sports lawyers Mohit Pasricha, William Bowyer, and Jake Cohen (pictured above) to head up its new sports and entertainment department.

Pasricha, director and head of the sports and entertainment team, advises and represents a variety of sporting and entertainment clients within the industry, with a particular expertise in commercial contracts, brand protection and sports regulatory issues.

Senior associate Cohen advises clients on commercial, regulatory and cross-border sports matters and regularly acts for clients in disputes before the FA, FIFA, and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Bowyer, also an associate, has experience advising athletes, agencies and brands, providing advice on sports and entertainment law, including commercial, regulatory and intellectual property issues.

The lawyers haved worked with professional footballers, clubs, agencies, boxers, brands and other stakeholders in the sports and entertainment sector.
