Gateley Legal has welcomed partner Billy Poulter and associate Shay Moore to its specialist residential development team in Manchester.

Poulter has over 13 years of residential development and regeneration experience, having previously held roles with Clarke Willmott, DAC Beachcroft and Trowers & Hamlins. He has advised housebuilders, developers, registered providers and the public sector on land acquisitions and disposals for development purposes.

Moore joins Gateley Legal following roles with Clarke Willmott and Butcher & Barlow. He has over five years’ experience, advising housebuilders on residential development matters.
