International law firm Asserson has welcomed Sangiwe Mbele, Moishe Noe and Adele Merifield to its Manchester office.

Senior associate Merifield and paralegal Mbele join the real estate team, while associate Noe joins the dispute resolution team.

Noe advises on commercial disputes such as breaches of contract, as well as professional negligence, shareholder disputes and restrictive covenants.

Merifield has worked as an in-house legal counsel at billboard company Wildstone. She advises landlords, tenants and businesses on acquisitions and disposals, and the management of commercial and residential properties.

Mbele is undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She has previously worked as a commercial property assistant at PM Property Lawyers in Sheffield.
