Media, technology and IP law firm Wiggin LLP has promoted John Colbourn to its partnership.
Colbourn has 15 years' experience as an IP practitioner. His practice focuses on trade marks, copyright and designs. He manages and advises on UK and international brand portfolios, strategy and enforcement programmes for brands across sectors such as media, computer games, fashion, tech and pharma.
He serves on committees for both MARQUES and INTA, and is a contributing author to Sweet & Maxwell’s EU Trade Mark Handbook.
