National specialist pensions law firm Arc Pensions Law has promoted Claire Goodby to senior associate.

Goodby, based in Leeds, joined Arc in November 2019 as an associate. She advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law, including in relation to compliance and governance, third party agreements and contingent assets. 

Goodby has particular expertise in working with and advising on defined benefit schemes, hybrid pension arrangements, and corporate activity including acquisitions, disposals, group reorganisations and joint ventures.
