London law firm Spector Constant & Williams has promoted Andrew Demetriou to partner in its real estate, banking and finance team.
Demetriou has acted for banks, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and high net-worth individuals in connection with residential and commercial acquisitions, disposals, and developments during his career. He has particular expertise in development and assists on all aspects, from acquisition, development finance and subsequent construction of the developments and sale of the units.
