London law firm Osbornes Law has announced an all-female promotion round.

Family lawyer Claire Andrews has been promoted to partner six years after qualifying as a solicitor. She joined Osbornes in 2017 from Gardner Leader.

Head of medical negligence Stephanie Prior, private client partner Elspeth Neilson and family law partner Joanne Westcott have been made equity partners. Partner Sophie Davies, who has been with the firm for 21 years, takes over from Stuart Kightley as head of the firm’s personal injury team.

Jodi Newton (medical negligence), Katie de Swarte (wills, probate and disputed estates), Maria Elliot (property), Maria Kitsiou (family) and Kate Milton (personal injury) have all been promoted to senior associate.

Managing partner Kightley commented: 'Well done to all those who have been promoted. I wish them continued success and thank them for their hard work to date. We prioritise the training and development of all staff and strive to offer a fair, inclusive and rewarding work environment for all our lawyers.'
