London law firm Osbornes Law has promoted Alex McMahon, Andrew Middlehurst and Harriet McMorrin to its partnership, each of whom began their career at the firm.
Their promotions take the total number of partners at the firm to 34, including 20 women.
McMahon, a public law specialist, and personal injury lawyer Middlehurst both joined Osbornes as paralegals before securing training contracts and qualifying with the firm. McMorrin joined as a trainee and qualified into the family team.
Managing partner Joanne Wescott said: 'Alex, Andrew and Harriet are excellent examples of what can happen when talented people are given the opportunity, support, and encouragement to build their careers within a firm.
'With almost 30% of our current partnership having started at Osbornes as trainees, we have a proven track record of attracting, nurturing, and retaining talent.'
