Ruben Sinha has joined family law specialist firm Vardags as a senior associate. Having qualified in 2008 with Samuel Phillips, Ruben spent five years as an assistant solicitor at Radcliffes LeBrasseur and a further four months there as an associate. He is now moving to Vardags as this niche matrimonial and family law firm enjoys a period of expansion.

Since qualifying, Sinha has specialised in family law and he acts for a range of high and ultra-high net worth clients in cases typically involving very substantial assets and complex financial issues. His clients are often high profile and include City workers, entrepreneurs, sportsmen and those with significant inherited wealth.

Like many of the Vardags solicitors, Sinha has a special interest in, and aptitude for, matrimonial work involving foreign jurisdictions and both onshore and offshore trusts. His legal practice focuses on divorce and related financial proceedings; he is also experienced in drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements, which makes him perfect for a senior role at Vardags, being the firm that won the landmark Supreme Court case of Radmacher v Granatino, which rendered prenuptial agreements legally enforceable.
