DLA Piper has appointed Tony Lopez as a partner in the structured finance team, part of the Finance & Projects Group. Tony will be based in the firm’s London office.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Tony was a partner at Clifford Chance in London from 2011 and prior to that Clifford Chance in New York from 2006. Tony has broad financial experience, with a particular focus on high-yield bonds and aviation finance. He has advised on an extensive range of legal issues and transaction types both public and private including debt, equity, acquisitions and dispositions, US securities and commodities regulatory matters.
