Hyphen Law, the specialist law firm which manages the property and affairs of people who lack the mental capacity to manage their finances themselves, has added to its expert, dedicated team with the appointment of Rosanna Peters to its Swindon office. Rosanna is a newly qualified solicitor who, as a key member of the legal team, will specialise in all matters relating to the court of protection. In her new role, she will be helping clients and their families with mental capacity issues either due to a serious accident, medical negligence or through illness.

Christine Bunting, director at Hyphen Law, said: ’We are delighted to welcome Rosanna to our team. She is a highly competent solicitor with a sensitive and compassionate approach which is ideal for advising clients and their families on their property, financial and legal matters. Rosanna is dedicated to helping people – whether that’s individuals with capacity issues, their loved ones or their support teams – to make important decisions.’

Rosanna commented: ’I’m excited to have the opportunity to start my career in a leading specialist court of protection law firm. Hyphen Law does fantastic work helping clients with brain injuries and other mental capacity issues to manage their finances and make decisions about their day-to-day lives.’
