Gemma has successfully pursued claims for clients with a wide range of injuries resulting from medical negligence, against individual practitioners, dentists, NHS Trusts and private hospitals.

Her promotion reflects a number of successful outcomes for her clients ranging in value from those under £10,000 to very high value cerebral palsy claims.

Just a few examples of cases conducted by Gemma to date include:

  • Successfully recovered £200,000 for a delay in diagnosing fractured scaphoid resulting in the need for a full wrist fusion.
  • Recovered £150,000 in compensation for an infection following a colostomy procedure.
  • Obtained £50,000 in compensation for a client after her wrist was wrongly and negligently injected leading to permanent damage.

Charlotte practises in all areas of clinical negligence, conducting and assisting with claims involving delays in diagnosis of conditions such as meningitis and compartment syndrome, dental injuries and failed surgical procedures.
