Additionally, Amy Bradbury (media and information), Kostya Lobov (intellectual property) and Felix Wong (corporate and commercial) have been promoted to the position of senior associate.

Partner

Michael Lister (sport and sponsorship) advises professional sports teams, governing bodies, athletes, agencies and brands on sports marketing matters and commercial contracts. He has particular experience advising on sponsorship agreements and brand ambassador arrangements, image rights issues, the use and exploitation of new technology and the staging of tournaments and events. His work covers a range of sports including football, rugby, cricket, Formula 1, golf, tennis and athletics. Michael is a member of the European Sponsorship Association and the British Association for Sport and Law.

Senior associates

Amy Bradbury (media and information) specialises in the protection and exploitation of information and advises on all legal areas relating to reputation management, including defamation, privacy, breach of confidence and confidentiality, data protection, freedom of information and harassment. Amy is a member of Women in Film & TV.

Kostya Lobov (intellectual property) advises on disputes involving intellectual property and related rights. He is frequently asked to advise on infringements of intellectual property rights involving online distribution platforms and digital media, particularly by clients in the interactive entertainment, film, music and publishing sectors. He has also advised a number of high profile brand owners in the fashion sector. He advises them on issues relating to brand protection and has particular experience of developing cost-effective strategies to deal with online rogue traders and counterfeiting. Kostya is also a member of IPSoc, the society for young IP practitioners.

Felix Wong (corporate and commercial) advises individuals and businesses on corporate and commercial matters. His clients include entrepreneurs in early stage businesses, angels and venture capital funds investing in early stage businesses and those in the digital and technology sectors. Felix advises his clients on start-up investments, shareholder arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
