International law firm Taylor Vinters has made further investments in its growing team, promoting seven lawyers and appointing two newly-qualified solicitors across its London and Cambridge offices.

Three senior associates, who all started as trainees at the firm, have been made up to partner. These promotions include Claire Green in London who specialises in IT and outsourcing working with multi-national technology businesses, and in Cambridge, Andrew Williamson who manages the property needs of entrepreneurial private clients and Chris Keen who specialises in supporting fast-growth technology companies.

The firm’s employment practice has seen two further promotions. Rachel Ashwood has been made up to senior counsel in Cambridge and Scott Glacken has become a senior associate in London. Other promotions to senior associate are Emma Parsons in the private wealth team in Cambridge and Amy Lynch in private real estate in London.

Matt Meyer, chief executive at Taylor Vinters said: ’These are well-deserved promotions which support our ambitious growth plans and are testament to the considerable personal achievements of the individuals involved and their ambitions for further career progression.’

’All those who have been promoted to partner as well as Scott and Emma joined Taylor Vinters as trainees, so we’re really proud to see them reaching their potential and taking the next steps on their career ladder with us.’

Further strengthening its team, Taylor Vinters has also appointed two of its trainees as solicitors. Kate Martin has qualified as an associate in the employment team in London and Mary Peachey has qualified as an associate in the growth team in Cambridge. Both joined the firm as paralegals and have recently completed training contracts at the firm, qualifying six months early.

Chrissie Easom, Taylor Vinters’ HR director added: ’We are very proud of the wealth of talent that we have in our business. Nurturing our staff at all levels is an integral part of our growth strategy. We have invested significantly in helping to create an environment which allows all our staff to flourish. These promotions are testament to that.’

With offices in London, Cambridge and Singapore, Taylor Vinters employs just over 100 lawyers including 24 partners. Its clients range from FTSE 50 and Fortune 500 technology multinationals through to fast-growth venture backed businesses, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurial individuals.
