Best retailed deal: City firm Macfarlanes acted as lead panel adviser to Kingfisher on the 695 million sale of a retail parks portfolio by subsidiary Chartwell Land.
City firm Lawrence Graham, Westminster practice Hughes Watton and Scottish firm Burness were the other panel firms.
City firm Gouldens advised the purchasing consortium, led by Pillar Property.
Most scientific deal: Manchester firm Pannone & Partners acted for Cambridge-based biotech company Sense Protemic on its sale to Procognia, advised by City firm Barlow Lyde & Gilbert.
SJ Berwin advised venture capital funders Apax.
Most tribal deal: The Godalming office of Penningtons acted for Kingsway Advertising on its 14.4 million sale to Tribal Group, advised by Bristol firm Osborne Clarke.
Most educational deal: London firm Cumberland Ellis Peirs acted for Dunsford on the purchase of south London independent school Herne Hill School, advised by RadcliffesLeBrasseur.
Most globetrotting deal: Linklaters is acting for ebookers on its 55 million acquisition of leading independent travel company Travelbag Holdings, advised by Southampton firm Lamport Bassitt.
Norton Rose represented Evolution Beeson Gregory as underwriter to the vendor placing new shares in ebookers, raising around 40 million which will go towards the purchase.
Most gaseous deal: City firm DJ Freeman acted for Hamburgische Landesbank on the refinancing on the construction costs of the UK's first environmentally friendly biogas power plant.
The plant is to be run by Holsworthy Biogas in Devon - advised by Exeter firm Peter Peter & Wright - in conjunction with German-based Farmatic Biotech Energy, represented by City firm Pritchard Englefield.
Biogas (a mixture of methane gas and carbon monoxide) is produced when solid and liquid waste materials, such as slurry from livestock and organic trade waste from food processors, are first mixed and then fermented.
The resulting gas is then converted into electrical and thermal energy.
Most sporting deal: Newcastle firm Dickinson Dees acted for sports retailer Nike in its move to a new 11,000 sq ft London office just off Carnaby Street.
City firm Lovells acted for landlord Shaftesbury.
