Most productive deal: City firm Davies Arnold Cooper acted for Howard Holdings on the sale of a commercial property in Teddington, Middlesex, which includes the Teddington Studios television production complex, for a substantial sum. The London office of US/UK firm Dechert advised the purchaser, Haymarket Group Properties.
Coolest deal: Milton Keynes firm Kimbells advised Dawson Group on the acquisition of the business and assets of portable cold company Chill It, including 170 portable cold-store units with a value of £4.6 million. Birmingham firm Martineau Johnson acted for Chill It.

Most regal deal: US/UK firm Jones Day advised Pillar Property on the acquisition of the Crown Point North retail park in Denton for £31 million. Tenants at the 200,000 sq ft retail development include Arcadia and JD Sports. National firm Pinsents acted for the seller, REEB Estates.
