Anon @1.27pm; the judiciary is politicised through the eyes of those who call it politicised.

I’d be intrigued to know of any examples of anyone complaining about the judiciary being politicised following a judicial outcome on a politically sensitive issue that backs up the complainant’s political views.

Had the High Court chosen to take a politically convenient line of least resistance and found that triggering Art.50 did not need parliamentary approval - even if the law said otherwise - does anyone seriously think a certain national newspaper would have headlined them 'enemies of the people'?
