I still can't see what Verrico & Associates were doing divulging to the world at large what advice they did and not give their client unless their client had specifically authorised and requested them to do so, which so far as we know she had not.

If they were solicitors, which they are not, I would regard that as seriously unprofessional and potentially subject to professional investigation. But then, I'm retired and probably, these days, very old fashioned.
