How and why can a government enforce profit limits on lawyers and allow every other industry and profession to do what they want? this was self interest to protect the NHS. The DoH should get their employees to expedite retrospective care claims and give people their money back. Once agin our professional bodies stand by and let us be walked all over. The MoJ are putting up their CMC licence fee and increasing their civil servants in regulation but 30% even though 1000 CMCs have gone since April.
