Very interesting write up. My concerns are to involvement of communications of Michael Fallon as defence secretary and the SRA's Chief Executive. In Michael Fallon's previous role of minister at BIS , he fell at the first fence investigating Land Registry, choosing to believe the "trusted "involvement of The Independent Complaints Review , when for the timelines relevant in 2009 , it had been questioned by an MP in the HOC to the actual role of the ICR and wether it bore merit/ worth , only for at that time , twenty- two cases Land Registry referred for judicial involvement of the AHMLR to be steered for investigation of the ICRC that should have included the case Michael Fallow had initially penned a letter to Land Registry over. The case in question was steered by Denise Dewson of the ICR for involvement of the PHSO, being a more senior level , and kicked into the long grass by total ignoral by the AHMLR and the PHSO where previously Anne Abrahams had shown willing, Dame Julie Mellor felt able to shy away.
