Legal aid is in shreds.
People cant access advice and representation.
Small and medium sized business owners cant get legal advice.
The SRA/LSB/CMA/MoJ think that if law is treated like groceries then high street shops and online retailers can sell legal services to these consumers. Thats why theres all this clap-trap bizspeak rubbish spoken like some sort of spell so that by magic the vision will materialise like Mr Benn from the changing room.
The truth is we need a proper system of legal aid and SME business owners need to join the Federation of Small Businesses and access free legal advice and documents. But SRA etc will not criticise the Government on legal aid.
The Emperor is strutting around naked and Mr Passmore cant see his big hairy chest but instead sees fine clothes.
