By all means stick to those guns but don't expect the 52% to agree with you and don't expect Parliament to get away with going against the referendum even if the SC gives them the chance. They will be culled at the next general election. The people were given the right to 'decide'. They - we - won't tale kindly to the elite turning this over on a technicality. Amazed so many British lawyers are against the wishes of the majority of the body politic. No-wonder we are one of the least liked professions. And as for the press - they have simply jumped extremely heavily on the democratic bandwaggon. The sovereignty of the people trumps the sovereignty of Parliament.
