Regarding the reports of Anon at 09.47 and Alan Miller at 15.54 as far as I am concerned they entirely reflect how most of the experienced of us have felt for years. The contents of both should be copied and pasted and sent in response everytime some bright spark advocates change, when change is not required by those who work at the coal face. Why does the gazette give such prominence to these people? If it is not broke, which it isn't it does not need fixing. It is so frustrating.
