Are these judges corrupt or incompetent? No. The issue seems to be that they are white, male and "posh". Racism sexism and class warfare at its best. Equal opportunities by all means but some of this stuff is minority interest groups playing the "victim card" to seek advantage and white liberal guilt and hypocrisy doing the rest. From my dealings with the JAC they bend over backwards to make diverse appointments. It is always possible that when these SC judges were appointed they were the best candidates for the posts and their race and or gender had nothing to do with their selection.
