Re Chris Philps, he said recently that after he had been involved in an accident but was not injured, he was encouraged to lie to make a "whiplash" claim.

I know where he is coming from. I had an accident in late 2015, was not injured, but soon after the daily calls started coming from a CMC, and they are still coming, Last week on one day 8 calls to my mobile, they change the number each time presumably hoping I will answer. Apparently all I have to do is go a medical expert and say I suffered from "discomfort" for a few weeks, and a payout of up to £2,000 could be mine.
