If you need me to clarify my comment about Birkenhead County Court then I can assume you have not been in the industry long and again the same goes for the comment about milking the system, the £400 club springing to mind, inflating expert fees, claiming for Oral Hearings that never took place, adding credit hire charges to portal claims in order to be able to remove from the portal if challenged, claiming rehab by chosen providers yet only providing Pro forma invoices rather than discharge reports then dropping said claim when challenged, small simple things that add up when you increase it by 10's of thousands
