The "£400 club" cannot and does not exist any more.
The Court can adequately deal with the issue of experts fees if the parties cannot agree the same.
If you have evidence regarding falsifying claims for costs then why not do to those firms what AXA are doing to Asons?
Credit Hire claims stay in the Portal. There's case law on the point.
If you have evidence of firms falsely inflating claims for Special Damages that don't exist, take them to a Hearing and plead Fundamental Dishonesty in your Defence. You have the tools available to you to cut out bad behaviour. It does not need the small claims limit to be increased to £5,000.00 to achieve that.

The many should not be punished for the actions of the few.
