What it seems from all of the comments on all of the posts since this farce began is those in the claimant lawyers corner are giving evidence why these reforms are reprehensible and those in the defendant insurers corner keep banging the fraud and excessive fee, fat cat, ambulance chasing lawyers drum. Despite who is right and who is wrong (as both believe they are right) what is very obvious and very dangerous to us all as individuals who live in this country is that our government and law making is up for sale. Hedge fund support of the Conservative party can rush through your consultation no problem. There are areas of law that have been waiting for a response on the consultation since 2015. This one took 34 days!!! Stevie wonder can see what is going on here! I'm getting out of law asap...an artisan brewer is more highly regarded in society than a lawyer these days. Getting out of living in this country and under the cloak of this government might take a bit longer to achieve though!
