Really?? How often does that actually happen?!

Yes we all know how fixed costs works and findings of fundamental dishonesty etc, but surely we all also know that to actually get that finding, or even try to recover the thousands that defendant's and their insurers have wasted in dealing with spurious claims is unrealistic. The Court is only too happy to give the Claimant and their solicitors nothing more than a few terse words whilst defendant's and their insurers are left holding a bill. Is it really any wonder they're frustrated by this??
