I must agree with Oliver D it is the Judiciary staff that are in my long experience as a Group Secretary there is no cohesion within Cumbria , as each office replies if it wants to . does not answer the defendants valid legal points they seem to expect the aged defendant nearly 80, never ever been to Court in their lives , with constant change of case numbers for the same case, so many vitally relevant forms gone awol in their Penrith Office, Failure to allow the defendant's locum to speak in her defence, as she was not even capable of driving , maybe they can't read Article 6 , Human Rights Act which still applies in the UK, even had a case against the elderly Defendant, who incidentally could not drive , due to a broken arm, not notified to the defendant , or asked to attend this mysterious hearing ? , and to cap it all request for an appeal elucidates some sarcastic comment from the excuse for a Judge, being neither fair, constructive bordering on bias.
The Judiciary need some management to Make them reply with the date of the missive they may have condescended to reply to - but to respond within 30 days without fail , and that's too long ,but 100% better than the non service they provide thus far !
